9. If a member has not used their membership for a period of six (6) months or longer, the prince consort membership along with accumulated points and any entitlements can be cancelled at the manager’s discretion.
10. The prince consort points are valid for one year, and are redeemed in the order in which they were earned.
11. Management will determine the rate of accrual of points, and is subject to change at any time without notice.
12. The prince consort accepts no responsibility for points that fail to accrue.
13. This loyalty program is a trade promotion, not a gaming activity.
14. The prince consort reserves the right to adjust the member’s bonus points where those points have been accumulated as the result of
Malfunction.
15. Members are responsible for the collection of bonus points,
Redemptions, and rewards, and must ensure the card is properly inserted.
16. The prince consort may suspend or cease this loyalty program at any time. Notice of 30 days will be given to allow for redemption of accrued points. After 30 days, all remaining points will be forfeited.
17. The prince consort reserves the right to amend these terms and
Conditions at any time without notice. A copy of the current terms and
Conditions is available at the cashier’s office.
18. Membership cards remain the property of the prince consort.
19. Use of the the prince consort membership card indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
