S*A*S*H Sundays has been giving Sydney-siders another reason to dislike Mondays for almost 10 years now. Its weekly house music event across two of the largest venues in an all hour of the day, night and morning of Sunday affair. The brand has now become synonymous with quality house music showcasing Australian dj’s as well international acts to revellers at The Greenwood Hotel and HOME Nightclub.
The brand has now taken up weekly residency at The Prince Consort from 5pm till 3am every Sunday in the venue’s sundrenched courtyard and across the upstairs space of LaLa Land.
S*A*S*H will be sticking to its core values – a cheap and cheerful $20 entry at the door, the highest quality sound system possible provided by none other than FunktioneOne paired with an equally high standard of house Dj’s. Each Sunday the S*A*S*H will showcase at least one Sydney act with support from Queenslander locals. The Prince has also placed a new FunktionOne system in the venue with no less than 8 21 inch subs to ensure its outdoor courtyard sings sweetly each Sunday afternoon.
With shining accolades across Europe and Australia’s music scenes, Danni B will be taking the top honours this Sunday with her signature deep house sound alongside S*A*S*H head honcho – Kerry Wallace closing the evening, Tom Witheridge also from Sydney opening Lala Land with local heros Rascal, Camp Paprika Dj’s and Sleepy G on support duties for the day.
